Hi! This is Sarah Mares, Susan Elder's niece. She sent me the link to your blog and I love it! I teach third grade at a Catholic school in Virginia. I use Words Their Way and I'm going to test out using the Daily 5 this year as well. My classroom was also given an Activboard (a lot like a Smart Board) last year, but I'm not great with it yet. I'll definitely be following your blog this year!
